There were some good games in midweek but the action should be much better in the Premier League this weekend. With time fast running out, we’ve got games which will have massive impacts at the top and bottom of the table. To make the most of the action, we’ve put together three trebles with increasing odds for you below.
Easy Winner – 13/10 (BetVictor)
- Man Utd to beat Swansea (2/5) – Out of seemingly nowhere, Man Utd have a real chance of a top four finish. Jose Mourinho’s men should take another step towards the Champions League places with a home win over Swansea.
- Man City to beat Middlesbrough (2/7) – Nobody at Middlesbrough is going to admit as much but the club look destined for an immediate return to the Championship. Man City should make life more difficult for Boro with a win at the Riverside.
- Over 1.5 goals in Everton v Chelsea (4/9) – Chelsea keep getting ever closer to the Premier League title even though they don’t look capable of keeping a clean sheet. The Blues can win again at Goodison Park but Everton are sure to get on the scoresheet themselves.
Medium Risk – 27/2 (Sky Bet)
- Crystal Palace to keep a clean sheet against Burnley (5/4) – Despite being in real danger of getting dragged into the relegation scrap, Burnley are very close to securing their top flight status. They are, however, shocking away from home and Crystal Palace should be able to keep the Clarets at bay.
- Chelsea to beat Everton and over 2.5 goals (15/8) – Given their lack of recent clean sheets, Chelsea’s attacking players have had to be on top form of late. So, if Chelsea beat Everton, it will surely mean a high scoring game.
- Man City to beat Middlesbrough to nil (11/8) – The main concern for Middlesbrough this season is that they’ve scored nowhere near enough goals to remain in the top flight. Man City aren’t exactly watertight at the back but they should keep a clean sheet against Boro’s misfiring forward line.
Long Shot – 70/1 (Bet365)
- Southampton and Hull to draw (11/4) – Hull are putting up a real fight to avoid the drop. They’re scoring plenty of goals and morale seems to be improving at the club. The Tigers could upset the odds to secure a big point at St Mary’s.
- Bournemouth to beat Sunderland to nil (15/4) – It’s a matter of when, not if, Sunderland get relegated this season. The club could well stick with David Moyes in the Championship but there is no question that he’s been disappointing in his first campaign in the North East. The Black Cats fans seem to have had enough of Moyes and the mood is not going to improve if Bournemouth keep them at bay with a win at the Stadium of Light.
- Tottenham to beat Arsenal and over 3.5 goals (3/1) – Tottenham have been looking forward to the chance to play Arsenal for a long time. They can keep the pressure up on Chelsea and secure a big win in the final north London derby at White Hart Lane so expect a highly entertaining game.
