Both Teams To Score (BTTS) Tips – 5th to 7th January 2018

The FA Cup is one of the most famous competitions in the world and the third round weekend is one of the highlights of the tournament for fans of clubs at all levels of the game.

As bigger teams travel to small grounds, excitement builds across the country and even though there are no non-league sides in the draw, there are still plenty of opportunities for an upset. Many people dislike betting on results in the cup, so why not have a look through our both teams to score tips from the weekend’s FA Cup action?

Friday 5th January 2018

  • Liverpool v Everton (4/5 with Bet365) – Liverpool and Everton met at Anfield as recently as 10th December and both teams scored on that occasion. Quite a few of the recent meetings between the pair have seen both teams hit the back of the net and we like the look of BTTS in this one too.

Saturday 6th January 2018

  • Fleetwood Town v Leicester City (4/5 with Betfred) – Fleetwood Town made it through to this stage of the competition after beating Hereford in the previous round and we reckon that there will be goals when they face Leicester. The Foxes have seen plenty of their matches end without a clean sheet and both keepers could be busy at Highbury.
  • Bolton Wanderers v Huddersfield Town (19/20 with Bet365) – Huddersfield Town will expect to come away with a victory in this clash at the Macron Stadium. However, Bolton had a decent festive period and they have started finding the back of the net again thanks to Gary Madine.
  • Bournemouth v Wigan Athletic (4/5 with Bet365) – Bournemouth have seen plenty of their recent matches end with both teams scoring and we like the look of BTTS in this match. Wigan saw the first match and replay against Fylde end without a clean sheet in the second round.
  • Coventry City v Stoke City (10/11 with Bet365) – Coventry City are enjoying a good season at the minute in League 2 and they will fancy their chances against Stoke. The visitors should win, but don’t be surprised if the Sky Blues pull off a shock.

Sunday 7th January 2018

  • Newport County v Leeds United (4/5 with Bet365) – Newport and Leeds meet for the second time this season after Leeds dumped the Welsh side out of the League Cup. On that occasion both teams scored and we think that it will be a case of the same again as the pair run out at Rodney Parade on Sunday.
  • Nottingham Forest v Arsenal (8/11 with Betfred) – One of the last matches of the weekend sees Arsenal travel to face Nottingham Forest. Arsene Wenger’s side have dominated this competition in recent years and plenty will be backing them to win. However, Arsenal have struggled on the road at times this season and Forest will look to take advantage of what will be a weakened Gunners side.
