Both Teams To Score/BTTS Tips (20th, 21st and 22nd June)

The World Cup in Brazil has been an absolute cracker so far with 11 matches already (at the time of writing) seeing both teams scoring, we’ve been making quite a killing on our BTTS bets. So read on as we bring you our latest both teams to score betting tips as we cross our fingers the high-scoring matches continue in this fantastic tournament.

Friday 20th June 2014

  • Switzerland v France (Evens with BetVictor) – After France and Switzerland both won their opening Group E matches, this game is likely to decide which will finish at the top of the pile. And because winning this group would almost certainly mean avoiding Argentina in the next round, we think both will be going all out for victory and at least one goal for each side looks a safe bet at evens.
  • Honduras v Ecuador (20/23 with BetVictor) – The other two from Group E know their World Cup hopes and dreams hang in the balance and defeat for either here would send them packing. As such, with all to play for we anticipate an open game with plenty of chances and – hopefully – both teams finding the net at least once.

Saturday 21st June 2014

  • Germany v Ghana (20/21 with Ladbrokes) – Germany looked very good in their opening match against Portugal, which they won 4-0, and given Ghana went down 2-1 to the USA in their match, we fancy the Africans will have no choice but to attack in this one. As such we anticipate gaps to appear and for Germany to run out easy victors, but we also feel Ghana will have enough to grab a consolation goal to help us win this bet!
  • Nigeria v Bosnia and Herzegovina (20/23 with BetVictor) – Nigeria need to show a lot more in this match than they did in their poor 0-0 draw against Iran, and though we expect the inventive and determined Bosnians to win, we think Nigeria will muster enough attacking intent to at least get on the score sheet.

Sunday 22nd June 2014

  • Belgium v Russia (Evens with Coral) – In the wide-open Group H, Belgium will look to seal qualification to the next round with a win here after they can from behind to win 2-1 against Algeria. Fabio Capello’s Russia will be no pushovers, though, and despite only managing a 1-1 draw with South Korea, they showed some fine attacking play at times and backing both to score here looks excellent value at evens.
  • South Korea v Algeria (Evens with Bet365) – Algeria almost pulled off a big shock victory over everyone’s dark horses Belgium as they led their opening match against them for much of the game. They lost in the end, but showed they are far from the group whipping boys that many had predicted. South Korea also showed they are here to compete rather than lie down, and this match looks like being an exciting one as both sides attack hard to keep their Brazil 2014 hopes alive. Evens is a great bet once again for both to score.
  • USA v Portugal (17/20 with Ladbrokes) – Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal need to bounce back here from their heavy defeat to Germany in their opener, but they could struggled against a well-organised and fast-paced USA side coached by Jurgen Klinsmana. Both to score looks a safe enough bet for this one as both go all out for the vital three points.
