Both Teams To Score (BTTS) Tips – 28th & 29th November 2017

The Premier League is heading into a crucial few months, with few distractions away from England’s top division. The Champions League is almost wrapped up until March, with international football done for the next few months. The Christmas period is going to be packed full of crucial games, and there’s an argument to be made that this season the festive fixture list is getting under way earlier than ever. If we include last weekend’s fixtures, we are in the midst of a six week period with 90 Premier League games, which shows just how crazy this part of the year is.

That means we have an extra round of fixtures from the top flight this week, with a few entertaining games thrown into the mix. We think it’s worth considering a both teams to score accumulator across the two nights, with quite a few Premier League defences really underperforming at the moment. Ahead of the midweek action, we’ve picked out our Premier League BTTS tips from across Tuesday and Wednesday night.

Tuesday 28th November 2017

  • Leicester v Tottenham (4/5 with Bet365) – Spurs have conceded in four straight away games, which gives Leicester hope here. The Foxes have failed to score in just one home match this term, but they’ve been poor against the top six, which has us backing both teams to score.
  • Watford v Manchester United (24/23 with Betfair) – Watford may be impressing at the moment, but they have the fifth worst defensive record in the league. However, they’ve managed to score plenty of goals – more than any side outside of the top six. We can see them adding to both of those stats here.
  • West Brom v Newcastle (11/10 with Betfair) – This doesn’t seem like the most attractive game on paper, but this Baggies outfit have conceded in 11 of their last 12 in all competitions. They’ll be out to attack a Newcastle side who have one win since mid-September, with the Magpies keeping a single clean sheet in their last eight. That has us backing BTTS in this one.

Wednesday 29th November 2017

  • Bournemouth v Burnley (10/11 with Betfred) – The Cherries have just hit form in front of goal, hitting 10 goals in five matches. That should trouble Burnley, who we think will struggle in an away game where they have more possession. However, they should still hurt this poor Cherries’ defence.
  • Everton v West Ham (11/13 with Ladbrokes) – These two are in the bottom three in terms of defensive records this term, and we can’t see a clean sheet for either side here, given their recent poor displays at the back.
  • Stoke v Liverpool (8/13 with Coral) – Stoke have become a very open side of late, with five of their last six games seeing both teams find the back of the net. Liverpool have conceded the vast majority of their goals this season on the road, but they’ve scored twice per game away, so we’re backing BTTS at decent odds.
