Both Teams To Score (BTTS) Tips – 21st and 22nd December 2016

While the Premier League is known for having a demanding Christmas schedule, players in England will have their feet up in the run up to December 25th with the next games on Boxing Day. Meanwhile, their European counterparts have plenty of action in midweek, as the top domestic leagues on the continent wrap up for their annual hibernation. So, while there’s no Premier League action to look forward to during this week, that doesn’t mean that we’re short on top level entertainment.

With domestic league action in France, Germany and Italy, plus cup games in Spain, there’s so much football to keep an eye on this week. It seems like the perfect time for a batch of both teams to score tips, what’s better than landing a big win or two just days before Christmas? Ahead of this week’s action, we’ve cast our eyes over the midweek offerings to pick out the best both teams to score bets from across Europe. Below, you can see our picks as we predict where the most entertaining action will be this week.

Wednesday 21st December 2016

  • Bordeaux v Nice (10/11 with Sky Bet) – Can shock title challengers Nice continue their push for the Ligue 1 trophy at Bordeaux? They’ve looked a little shaky of late, and we think that the hosts will be able to break through here. However, we do see the visitors getting strike of their own.
  • Inter v Lazio (4/7 with Bet365) – Lazio take their decent away scoring record to Inter, who have kept two clean sheets at home all season. The hosts have just hit scoring form, and we’re backing that to continue.
  • Eibar v Sporting Gijon (10/11 with Betfair) – Sporting have scored in five of their last six away games, and they’ll be desperate to get back in this tie after a first leg defeat. However, the visitors’ last away win came in January, so expect Eibar to get something out of this one.
  • Bayern Munich v Leipzig (8/11 with Ladbrokes) – This huge Bundesliga game sees two in-form sides against each other; can the shock challengers take anything here? Judging by the fact they average over two goals per game this season, they should score here.
  • FC Koln v Bayer Leverkusen (8/11 with BetVictor) – Koln are having a strong season, but defensive problems have seen them win just two of their last seven. Both teams have scored in 86% of Bayer away games, and we see that happening again here.

Thursday 22nd December 2016

  • Fiorentina v Napoli (8/15 with Coral) – Fiorentina have seen both sides score in four straight home games. That should continue against an open Napoli side who are in excellent scoring form of late.
  • Cagliari v Sassuolo (4/7 with Betfair) – Sassuolo have scored in 100% of their away games so far, while Cagliari have found the net in 88% at home. Both are very open, so we expect both to score here.
