Both Teams To Score (BTTS) Tips – 19th, 20th & 21st December 2017

There are four important matches taking place in England this week as the League Cup quarter finals have come around. However, like always at this time of year, there is plenty of football being played around the world and we have run our eyes through the fixture lists to bring you seven top both teams to score tips.

Tuesday 19th December 2017

  • Arsenal v West Ham (4/5 with Betfred) – With these two sides playing out a 0-0 draw last week in the Premier League, you may well be tempted to back both sides not to score in this one. However, West Ham created plenty of chances in that match and with Arsenal often scoring at home we are backing both teams to score.
  • Leicester City v Manchester City (4/5 with Betfred) – Leicester City have been hitting the back of the net regularly this season and they have hit form in front of goal. They also have one of the highest BTTS percentages in the Premier League. We would back them to score in front of their own fans, but we can’t see them keeping out a rampant City side.

Wednesday 20th December 2017

  • Monaco v Rennes (4/6 with Bet365) – Monaco have fallen away from the top of the league and they will be hoping for three points in this match as they look to regain ground on Paris St Germain. Both of these sides see the majority of their league matches end without a clean sheet and we fancy BTTS in this one.
  • Angers v Dijon (4/5 with Betfair) – Travelling north away from the bright lights of Monaco we come to Angers. This match with Dijon may not be the most attractive on paper, but it could steal the show. Both teams see a high proportion of their matches end without a clean sheet and we would back that run to continue.
  • Chelsea v Bournemouth (evens with Betfred) – Chelsea’s best chance of silverware is going to be in the cups this season and they will fancy their chances of making it through to the next round of the League Cup having been drawn against Bournemouth in this one. The Blues should score, but the Cherries are no mugs.
  • Real Sociedad v Sevilla (4/7 with Betf365) – Real Sociedad are another side who specialise in coming up with BTTS matches and we think their match with Sevilla will see plenty of goals. The Andalusian side are enjoying a good season, but they sometimes struggle on the road.

Thursday 21st December 2017

  • Alaves v Malaga (19/20 with Bet365) – Down at the other end of the table in La Liga are Alaves and Malaga. Both of these teams have seen plenty of goals scored in their matches and a win would do wonders for both sides. With the winter break coming up in Spain, a win would give a nice confidence boost over the festive period.
