The Premier League is certainly getting exciting at the moment and as we head into the run of festive fixtures, Chelsea have a little head room at the top of the table after they beat Manchester City last weekend.
As for this weekend, there are plenty of exciting games taking place and we think that a good number of them will see both sides hit the back of the net.
Saturday 10th December 2016
- Arsenal v Stoke City (7/10 with Bet365) – Arsenal have been excellent going forwards of late and you would certainly back them to find the back of the net in this clash after they battered Basel in midweek. However, the Gunners have been conceding goals recently in the league and Stoke are a side in good nick
- Burnley v Bournemouth (4/5 with Bet365) – After they blasted four past Liverpool last weekend, we fancy Bournemouth to get amongst the goals once again on Saturday. However, Burnley are a tough proposition at Turf Moor and we like the look of both teams to score in this one.
- Swansea City v Sunderland (7/10 with Bet365) – Both of these two sides are so poor at the back that we’re backing there to be goals galore on Saturday. Both of them have also been scoring a few of late and with Swansea’s last two league matches featuring nine goals scored BTTS looks a snip at 7/10.
- Leicester City v Manchester City (7/10 with Bet365) – Leicester City have been really struggling this season but they should get some attacking joy against a Manchester City side who have been finding it rather difficult to keep clean sheets. However, whilst they may score, we can’t see them keeping City from scoring, even though Sergio Aguero is suspended.
Sunday 11th December 2016
- Manchester United v Tottenham Hotspur (4/5 with Coral) – Both teams have scored in quite a few of these sides’ recent Premier League matches despite Spurs boasting the best defensive record in the league. The away side have looked a lot more threatening since they welcomed Harry Kane back from injury and this could well be an entertaining clash between two sides vying for the top four.
- Celta Vigo v Sevilla (8/13 with Bet365) – Celta Vigo are one of the more entertaining sides to watch in the Spanish top flight and with the Galician outfit playing host to Sevilla on Saturday, we think this one could be worth a watch. The visitors are third in the league and clearly have plenty of quality but they struggle to get three points on the road.
- Liverpool v West Ham (8/11 with Sky Bet) – Liverpool have one of the best attacking records in the league and they have the ability to score quite a few against West Ham on Sunday. However, at the other end, we can see them conceding a couple, even though West Ham haven’t been in great form with Liverpool only keeping three clean sheets in the league so far.
