August draws to a close with a full round of Premier League matches and we’ve got some brilliant both teams to score betting tips to help you sign off for the international break in profitable style. There are some huge games this weekend and certainly plenty in which we foresee goals galore and both to score.

Saturday 30th August 2014
- Manchester City v Stoke City (29/20 with BetVictor) – The bookies fancy this one will be a home win to nil and given how strong the Citizens are at home that’s fair enough. However, they remain far better going forward than at the back and Liverpool certainly had chances to score more than the single goal they managed on Monday night. Stoke aren’t in the same attacking class as Brendan Rodgers’ side but they still have some quality options and BTTS is worth a punt here at long odds.
- QPR v Sunderland (evens with Coral) – Perhaps the outstanding bet of the weekend, backing both teams to score here is great value at evens. QPR are bottom of the pile having conceded five goals so far and whilst they are yet to score they should break their Premier League duck here against a Black Cats side that has drawn 1-1 and 2-2 thus far this term and is far from watertight at the back.
- West Ham v Southampton (4/5 with Sky Bet) – The Hammers have started well, a narrow loss at home to Spurs followed by a 3-1 win at Palace whilst the Saints have done better than many predicted after they lost the core of their team from last term. BTTS looks solid at 4/5 here.
- Everton v Chelsea (10/11 with Coral) – Everton have drawn both their Premier League games thus far 2-2 and they certainly have enough attacking ability to trouble Chelsea, who have won 2-0 and 3-1 in their two games. However, Chelsea’s front four will exploit the gaps left by the home side’s marauding fullbacks and backing both teams to score appeals at almost evens in a game we see ending 2-1 either way.
Sunday 31st August 2014
- Tottenham v Liverpool (4/7 with Ladbrokes) – Liverpool won the two league games last term by a total score of 9-0 and whilst Spurs will look to avenge that, they will struggle against a Liverpool side who, even without Luis Suarez, boast a fine array of attacking options. The Reds had chances to score on Monday at Man City and they will certainly ask questions of Spurs. Tottenham are yet to concede in the league this term and under Mauricio Pochettino they will certainly be tighter at the back than they were last year but with so many attacking players on show it has to be goals for both sides here.
- Leicester v Arsenal (8/11 with Bet365) – Backing BTTS here appeals because Arsenal still look weak at the back, whilst Leicester have already managed to score twice against Everton (both sides have drawn 2-2 with the Toffees) and asked serious questions of Chelsea. This one is sure to be tighter than the bookies think and don’t be surprised if Leicester cause an upset given Arsenal’s midweek European commitments.
