Both Teams To Score (BTTS) Tips – 21st & 22nd January 2016

Last weekend was a great one for Chelsea as they pulled further clear at the top of the Premier League and with Spurs travelling to Manchester City, they could ease further ahead this weekend.

The Spurs match is just one on those in which we think the goals will go flying in, but with plenty of tight games coming up, there is the chance for some big profits this weekend.

Saturday 21st January 2016

  • Stoke City v Manchester United (19/20 with Bet365) – Stoke managed to fire in three goals last weekend as they put Sunderland to the sword at the Stadium of Light. They will face more defensive resistance this weekend when they take on Manchester United but we still fancy them to hit the back of the net, although unfortunately for Stoke fans, United are likely to score at least one as well.
  • Crystal Palace v Everton (17/20 with Betfair) – Everton were brilliant last weekend when they beat Manchester City 4-0 and they should have more than enough about them to trouble Palace. The home side haven’t exactly been firing on all cylinders this season but we’d be surprised if they couldn’t find a goal from somewhere as things start to get desperate for them.
  • Nottingham Forest v Bristol City (8/13 with Betfred) – Bristol City’s recent matches have seen a number of goals being scored including a couple of 3-2 defeats and we’re backing there to be plenty of goals as they travel to Nottingham Forest. Both teams have been out of form and three points for either side would be a massive result.
  • West Bromwich Albion v Sunderland (Evens with BetVictor) – West Bromwich Albion were another side who shipped four goals last weekend and even though Sunderland are nowhere near as good as Spurs, we still think the Black Cats will be able to nick a goal. However, whilst they couldn’t score against Tottenham, they could well help themselves to quite a few this weekend as they prepare to face a hapless Sunderland.
  • Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur (4/7 with Betfred) – Manchester City have been very up and down this season and we think that they may well conceded at home to an in form Spurs side. The visitors have been sharp at the back this season but with City likely to come out flying following their 4-0 hammering by Everton, we think both keepers will be kept busy and BTTS looks a decent bet.
  • Barnsley v Leeds United (8/11 with BetVictor) – Leeds United have been very impressive this season but they come up against one of their bogey teams this weekend with Barnsley boasting a solid record over their more esteemed rivals. Those who decide not to watch the Spurs match may well be rewarded as it promises to be a cracker at Oakwell.

Sunday 22nd January 2016

  • Bayer Leverkusen v Hertha Berlin (10/11 with Bet365) – Hertha Berlin have surpassed all expectations this season and they face Leverkusen on Sunday looking to cement their place in the top three. The visitors still have an ability to hit the back of the net regularly and we can’t see there being a clean sheet in this one.
