Tottenham Hotspur’s win over Chelsea two weekends ago at least kept a little bit of interest in title race, but with the Blues still five points ahead as the Premier League begins to turn for home, they are still the favourites to win the league.
Antonio Conte takes his Chelsea side to Leicester this weekend to take on the current champions and that clash is just one of seven BTTS tips we’ve brought you from the Premier League and beyond.
Saturday 14th January 2017
- Hull City v Bournemouth (10/11 with Bet365) – Both of these sides have been so poor at the back that we think there will be plenty of goals at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday. The Cherries have conceded three goals in three of their last four matches in all competitions whilst only Swansea have conceded more than the Tigers in the league this term.
- Swansea City v Arsenal (8/11 with Betfred) – Swansea have been conceding at a rate of well over two goals per game in the league and we can’t see them keeping out Arsenal at the Liberty Stadium. However, with the Gunners only managing two clean sheets in their last 10 league games, there could be a goal or two in this for Paul Clements’s side
- Fulham v Barnsley (8/13 with Bet365) – Fulham are always good value for both teams to score thanks to the sheer volume that they manage to score and concede. They welcome Barnsley to Craven Cottage and the South Yorkshire outfit have been going along well this season so it should be an entertaining game in west London.
- Leicester City v Chelsea (5/6 with Ladbrokes) – Leicester City need to pick up some points soon if they are to get themselves out of trouble and whilst we can’t see them getting anything out of this clash, they should be able to find the back of the net in front of their own fans. The problem will be trying to keep Chelsea out, with the Blues looking to bounce back following their defeat at the hands of Spurs.

- Everton v Manchester City (4/6 with Bet365) – Manchester City are another top four side to see both sides score in eight of their last 10 matches and we can’t see them keeping a clean sheet at Goodison Park. The home side have been fairly inconsistent this season and they don’t have the best defensive record themselves, with BTTS looking a handy bet in this one.
- Manchester United v Liverpool (4/6 with Bet365) – Jose Mourinho has his Manchester United side playing some good stuff lately and we think that this heavyweight clash will be one worth tuning into. Liverpool have the best attacking record in the country but you never feel confident that they will keep a clean sheet so lump on both teams to score here.
- Sevilla v Real Madrid (4/9 with Ladbrokes) – We finish the week in Spain where there is a mouth-watering clash taking place at the Ramon Sanchez Piszjuan. Real Madrid and Sevilla often produce fireworks when they meet in Andalusia and we can’t see this clash being any different.
